Day 7 & 8

Florence

Next stop on our whirlwind tour was Florence.  Despite the nearly 100 degree heat, we enjoyed the cathedral and the museums (and not just for the air conditioning).

On our way from Florence to the Cinque Terre, we stopped at the Florence American Cemetery and Memorial and then at the town of Pisa, where we resisted the urge to pose with the Leaning Tower.
